ANNOUNCEMENT: Cinco II has upgraded its amenity access system. Eligible Cinco I residents may continue using designated Cinco II amenities under the Shared Use Agreement but must register in the new system using a unique email address for each individual. To avoid interruptions in access, complete the Cinco I Shared Use Amenity Access Authorization Form. Registration instructions will be emailed by ProDataKey Cloud Systems. Please allow up to three business days for form submission to be handled by Cinco I and up to one additional week for processing by Cinco II.
Cinco I – Shared Use Amenity Access Authorization Form Access cards will still be required for all Cinco I facilities.
Together, the Cinco I and Cinco II HOAs offer a total of 17 tennis courts, available for use year-round.
Cinco I Courts
North Lake Courts
Four (4) courts are located in Northlake Village at 21930 Northmoor Dr, Katy, TX, 77450. This is on the corner of S. Mason Rd and Northmoor Dr, across from the Equestrian Center. Open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, lights will turn off at 10:15 pm.
Northlake Village Court 3 has been designated as a dual use court for both pickleball and tennis. Northlake Village Court 3 yields 2 pickleball courts and 1 tennis court. When reserving Northlake Village Court 3 for tennis, both sides of Court 3 need to be reserved.
South Lake Courts
Two (2) courts are located in Southlake Village across from the Beach Club. The address for the Beach Club is 3131 S. Lake Village Dr, Katy, TX, 77450. Open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, lights will turn off at 10:15 pm.
Westside Courts
Four (4) courts are located on Cinco Ranch Blvd at Hamptonshire Ln, across from the Water Park. The address for the Water Park is 24126 Hamptonshire Ln, Katy, TX, 77494. Open from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. Due to their close proximity to homes in the area, lights will turn off on courts 1 & 2 at 9:30 pm and at 9:00 pm on courts 3 & 4.
You will need to register by creating a username and password before reserving a court for the first time. To create a username and password, select "Find or Join a Club", type in Cinco on the search engine, and click "Create Account" for Cinco Residential. If you wish to use Cinco Ranch II courts, you will need create a separate account for Cinco II. It may take up to 2 business days to verify residency and receive your username and password. Courts may be reserved online between the hours of 6:30 am - 9:30 pm up to fourteen (14) days in advance.
Tennis Leagues
League play may be permitted with prior written approval from the Cinco Residential Property Association (Cinco I). Approval will not be granted to any team unless at least 50% of the players are residents of Cinco Ranch (Cinco I and/or Cinco II).
- Teams must submit a new reservation request for each season, and approval must be received before league play begins. Approval from a previous season does not guarantee approval for a future season.
- A minimum of two (2) courts must remain available for non-league reservation play at all times. The Association reserves the right to adjust or remove league reservations from the tennis reservation schedule as necessary to maintain adequate court availability for non-league players.
