The Cinco Landscape Maintenance Association, Inc. (CLMA) maintains the setbacks and esplanades of all major thoroughfares and the monument signage at the perimeter entrances and major thoroughfare intersections throughout Cinco Ranch. Setbacks consist of the maintained area from the back of curb to either the brick fence in Residential areas or the shrub row at the edge of parking lots in Commercial areas. The seasonal color beds at intersections, Crape Myrtle beds in esplanades, trees in setbacks and esplanades, irrigation and mowing in setbacks and esplanades and streetlights along all major thoroughfares in Cinco Ranch are funded and maintained by the Cinco Landscape Maintenance Association. All property owners in Cinco Ranch (Residential, Commercial, Golf Course, Acreage Owners) are members of the CLMA and are assessed according to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Association.

 

Cinco Landscape Maintenance Association, Inc. Board Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month (January thru October). No meeting in November. The December Meeting will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at the HOA Office, 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494.
