All pools, tennis courts and some bathroom areas require an amenity access card to enter. Amenity Access Cards can be obtained at the Association Office during business hours.
If you are a new resident to Cinco Ranch (Cinco I), you will need your closing documents, picture ID and a personal check or money order for payment. We do not accept cash, debit or credit cards.
If you are leasing a home in Cinco I, a Notice of Tenant Residency Form (NTRF) is required for renters to access all amenities of the community including pool cards.
Amenity Access Cards are $25.00 each, and there is a 4-card maximum per household.

Cinco Ranch is a part of Katy ISD. If you're unsure as to which school your home is zoned for within the district, use the Katy ISD Attendance Map to locate your schools.
