To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please abide by the following rules:

 

1. Access & Use

• Courts are reserved exclusively for residents and their guests.
• Residents must accompany their guests at all times and children should be supervised at all times.
• Court use is at your own risk. By using the courts, you agree that Cinco Residential Property Association and Inframark, the management company, assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage.

 

2. Reservations

• Court use must be reserved through CourtReserve.
• Courts can be reserved for casual play only.
• If a court is reserved but nobody shows up within 15 minutes after the reservation start time, the court becomes available for others to claim.
• Maximum play time per reservation: 90 minutes.

 

3. Court Etiquette & Sportsmanship

• Respect other players. Good sportsmanship is expected from everyone.
• No hanging, sitting, or leaning on the net.
• Play at your own risk. The Association and its management company are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
• If you notice damage or something that needs repair (net damage, broken posts, etc.), please report it through Cinco Ranch 311 immediately.

 

4. Court & Sand Rules

• Use of the area is for volleyball games.
• Do not bury objects in the sand or throw sand.
• Keep sand within the court boundaries.
• No glass containers on the court at any time.
• No littering. Place all trash into the proper receptacles.

 

5. Pets & Smoking

• No pets are permitted on the volleyball court.
• Pet owners must prevent their pets from entering the sand and must clean up after them.
• No smoking is allowed on the court or in the immediate court area.
