League Play Athletic Field Parks are available for use by reservation only and must be reserved in advance. Use of any park facilities is prohibited until both the Coach and the Association have fully executed the LICENSE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR LEAGUE PARK RENTALS.

 

To be placed on the Park Reservation Sheet, an approved request must be on file with the Association. A new request is required for each new season and must be submitted and approved prior to the start of that season. Teams without an approved request on file at the beginning of the season will be removed from the Sign-Up Sheet.

 

Please note that submission of a request does not constitute approval. All requests are subject to Association review and approval.

Park Reservation & Practice Scheduling Rules
To reserve Association athletic field parks and schedule team practices, the following requirements must be met:

• Due to limited parking availability at Association parks, teams are required to carpool whenever possible.
• The Coach reserving the park must be a Cinco Ranch resident in good standing with the Association.
• The majority of team players must be Cinco Ranch residents.
• A complete team roster must be submitted at the time of application, including:Player names
• Player addresses
• Names of parents or legal guardians
• Teams must provide the Association with a completed Registration Form listing all requested practice dates and times.
• Registration forms and park reservation requests must be submitted and approved prior to the beginning of the season.

Please note that park reservations are not guaranteed until all required documentation has been received and approved by the Association.
