Between Cinco I and Cinco II, there are eleven (11) pools for residents to use. Pool areas are alcohol and tobacco-free. Cinco Ranch pool season officially opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes after the Labor Day weekend.
ANNOUNCEMENT:
Cinco Ranch Residential Association, II (“Cinco II”) has upgraded their community access control system to improve convenience and reliability. Pursuant to the Shared Use Agreement, eligible Cinco Residential Property Association (“Cinco I”) residents may continue accessing designated Cinco II amenities; however, registration in the new system is required.
To receive access, Cinco I residents must complete the authorization form. The information provided will be used to register eligible residents for mobile app access within the Cinco II system. Please ensure that each individual uses a unique email address. If you have previously submitted information using one email for multiple household members, you will need to complete the form again using a unique email address for each person. To avoid any interruption of access, please complete this form:
Cinco I – Shared Use Amenity Access Authorization Form
The information submitted will be shared with Cinco II, who will email registration instructions to activate the new access system. Activation emails will be sent from ProDataKey Cloud Systems with the subject line: “Your credentials are ready to unlock doors with PDK Access.”
Please allow up to three (3) business days for the form to be submitted to Cinco II, and up to one (1) additional week for Cinco II to process the request and send registration instructions. If you have already registered for access to Cinco II facilities and have not seen an email from ProDataKey Cloud Systems, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Access cards will continue to be required for all Cinco I facilities.
A pool key and ID are required for entry. 1 Key Card will allow each household plus (4) guests for entry. If you have more than Four (4) guests additional key cards will be required for the additional person (s) in your group. Cards are available for order at the Associations office. Please ensure to bring your picture ID along with payment (we ONLY accept personal check or money order; made payable to: Cinco Residential Property Association, Inc.) to the Cinco Associations Office (3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494) between the hours of 9am and 5pm). Pool cards are $25.00 each, and there is a 4-card maximum per household.
Please do not enter the pool area if you or anyone in close contact with you have had symptoms of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell) in the past 72 hours.

- Items brought to the pool should be limited to towels, hats, a change of clothes, personal disinfectant, sunblock, hand sanitizer, portable folding chair(s), water bottles, drinks in plastic or metal containers - NO GLASS PLEASE - and coolers.
- The minimum age to visit a Cinco I pool without an adult is 14.
- Greenway Village is available for swim at your own risk from April 1st to October 31st from 6 AM to 10 PM every day except Wednesdays. Cinco residents will need to complete a SAYOR Liability Waiver and return it to the HOA Office or via requests@cincoranch.life before access will be granted.
- Exceptions to a pool not being open include swim team practice and meets (during May and June only) and any rentals for private parties.
Kayaks and Paddle Boats are available for rentals at the Beach Club Landing Dock area during the pool season. Questions regarding rentals should be directed to A-Beautiful Pools.

Pool party/Pool room reservations or swim lessons:
- Pool Party/Pool Room Bookings: Please be advised that the HOA office does not schedule pool parties. Residents must contact A-Beautiful Pools directly to schedule any private parties at Cinco Residential pools.
- Private Swim Lessons: To ensure fair access and safety for all residents, private swim lessons are not permitted at either the Cinco I or Cinco II pool facilities.
