- All leases must be 30 days or longer. Short-term rentals and partial or room-by-room rentals are not permitted.
- Tenants/Owners should provide a copy of the lease to the Cinco Associations Office along with the Notice of Tenant Residency Form within 10 days of execution of a lease.
- Properties may only be rented in their entirety.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that tenants and occupants comply with all HOA Governing Documents as well as applicable County, State, and Federal laws. This includes tenant behavior, property maintenance, and proper use of shared areas.
