Fort Bend County Serious Needs Assistance
Fort Bend has been approved for FEMA individual assistance.
You may fill out the form below to start the process if you apply:
Renters and homeowners can apply for help with serious needs, displacement, temporary lodging, basic home repair costs, personal property loss or other disaster-caused needs.
New benefits include serious needs assistance – which offers a one-time $750 payment per household to help pay for essential items, including water, food, first aid, prescriptions, infant formula, breastfeeding supplies, diapers, consumable medical supplies, durable medical equipment, personal hygiene items and fuel for transportation.
Residents may also be eligible for displacement assistance to be used to stay in a hotel, with family and friends or for other options while you look for temporary housing if you can’t return home because of the disaster.
Fort Bend & Harris County Disaster Recovery Resources
In the wake of Hurricane Beryl’s aftermath Fort Bend County and Harris County have recently been approved for Disaster Assistance through FEMA. Eligible applicants may qualify for serious needs assistance, basic home repairs, personal property losses and other eligible expenses related to storm damage. Below you will find the link to both the Fort Bend County and Harris County websites with a wealth of information and resources to assist with recovery from Hurricane Beryl. You can apply for assistance, obtain updates for debris collection by the County, and report any damages observed on County property in need of addressing.
South Lake Playground
South Lake Playground located at Clearwater Park Dr has a fresh new look. The new playground equipment has officially been installed and is ready for resident use beginning today November 6, 2023.

Northlake Court 3 &4 OPEN:
To reserve the tennis court for Northlake Court 3, please select both courts A and B for the time slot you want. To reserve the court for pickleball, please select court B first to let other players know they can also choose pickleball for that same timeslot on court A if they want to play as well.
