Per the CRPA
Declaration of Protective Covenants, any exterior modification, alteration, change, or addition must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to the start of construction. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure modification approval is obtained prior to construction. This includes major landscaping changes,
trees and
shrubs, and
fences.
The process begins with completing the
ARC Application. Please download and save the fillable form to your computer. Once completed, email the form along with all required supporting documents to
Modifications@cincoranch.life.
Alternatively, if you prefer a traditional approach, you may print and complete the application form, then mail or hand-deliver it, along with any necessary documents, to the Cinco Associations office at the address listed at the bottom of this page.
