The purpose of the communications side of the committee is to gather and disseminate information relevant to the Cinco Ranch community in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner and to give guidance to the CRPA Board of Directors on ways to continuously improve the communications process by implementing better methods of communication and applying new technologies.
The committee supports communication with the property owners via this website, Cinco Connect, announcements, and mailings. A vibrant, active community depends on good communications, and it is the goal of the committee to provide that. We welcome suggestions and comments from the community.
The purpose of the Technology side of the committee is to act as a consultant to the HOA board and/or committees and the management team to provide standardized technology to the Cinco Ranch Community. The committee receives requests or can proactively identify needs and then researches technology available, costs, and effectiveness for the business problem defined and makes recommendations for acquisition and implementation of technology.

The Covenants Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the various documents which govern our community and making suggestions for changes to the Board of Directors and Neighborhood Representative Committee, as appropriate.

The purpose of the committee is to evaluate specific needs within each of the Gated Communities and report these needs to the CRPA Board, provide recommendations and requested assistance to the CRPA Board on financial and audit-related matters as they pertain to the Gated Communities including annual budgets, maintenance, administrative issues and major projects.

Government Relations Committee - Inactive
The Government Relations Committee is responsible for attending various government meetings, such as Municipal Utility Districts, Katy ISD, and Willow Fork Drainage District. The committee keeps the Board of Directors apprised of activities that may have an impact on our community. The committee is inactive until further notice.

The purpose of the Landscape Committee is to provide recommendations to the CRPA Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to Cinco Residential Property Association landscaping. This Committee is responsible for review and evaluation of all landscaping managed and maintained by the CRPA.

Modifications Committee
The Cinco Residential Property Association, Inc. (CRPA) requires all modifications, additions, or alterations done to the exterior of the property be approved by the Modifications Committee. This committee is formed in Article XI, Section 2 of the Declaration of Protective Covenants for the good of the community.
Modification Applications are due to the Association Office by 5 PM the first Friday of each month. An application must be submitted by the Cinco Ranch Resident. Contractor submissions will not be accepted.

The purpose of the Recreation Committee is to (1) provide recommendations and requested assistance to the CRPA Board on matters related to the recreation facilities located in Cinco Ranch, including the Pools, Parks, Trails and Tennis Courts, and (2) communicate between the Board and NRC routinely on recreation activities.
The Recreation Committee is committed to maintaining the high quality of our pools, parks, tennis courts, and trails we all enjoy here in Cinco Ranch. We appreciate the input from our residents, so if you see something that needs to be fixed or have a suggestion on how to make things better for all of us, please let us know.

The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to evaluate and consider CRPA Board of Directors nominees and introduce nominees to the Neighborhood Representatives Committee prior to the Annual Meeting. The Committee meets with nominees and provides them with information on the duties and responsibilities of the CRPA Board of Directors.
