Purpose
The purpose of the communications side of the committee is to gather and disseminate information relevant to the Cinco Ranch community in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner. The committee also advises the CRPA Board of Directors on ways to improve communication processes.
The technology side acts as a consultant to provide standardized technology solutions for the community, researching and recommending technology acquisitions.

The Community Events Committee is responsible for planning and facilitating community events.

Purpose
This committee reviews and maintains the governing documents of our community and suggests changes to the Board of Directors and Neighborhood Representative Committee.

Purpose
The committee evaluates needs within each Gated Community and provides recommendations to the CRPA Board regarding financial and administrative matters.

Purpose
The Landscape Committee provides recommendations to the CRPA Board on landscaping matters and evaluates all landscaping managed by the CRPA.

Architectural Review Committee
The Cinco Residential Property Association, Inc. (CRPA) requires all modifications to be submitted for review. This committee is forms in Article Xi, Section 2 of the Declaration of Protective Covenants for the good of the community. Modifications Applications are due to the Association Office by 5:00 pm on the first Friday of each month. An application must be submitted by the Cinco Residential Property Association Homeowner. Contractor submissions will not be accepted.

The Recreation Committee is committed to maintaining the high quality of our pools, parks, tennis courts, and trails we all enjoy here in Cinco Ranch. The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to evaluate and consider CRPA Board of Directors nominees and introduce nominees to the Neighborhood Representatives Committee prior to the Annual Meeting. The Committee meets with nominees and provides them with information on the duties and responsibilities of the CRPA Board of Directors.
