The Cinco Ranch Master-Planned Community was designed to include a dedicated Commercial Property Association. Established in 1990, the Cinco Ranch Commercial Property Association, Inc. (CCPA) is a mandatory membership organization that encompasses a variety of commercial developments located east of Katy Gaston Road. All commercial property owners in Cinco Ranch— including retail centers, restaurants, professional offices, multi-family businesses, golf course properties, and acreage owners— are members of the CCPA and are required to adhere to the Association’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
The CCPA is professionally managed by Crest Management Company, AAMC - Your Community Partner. The Association operates with a Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The Board is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, as well as enforcing deed restrictions. The ARC ensures that all building projects comply with the Cinco Ranch Commercial Design Guidelines and "Cinco Standards" for future development.
Board Meetings:
The Cinco Commercial Property Association Board of Directors holds meetings on the 1st Wednesday of every other month at the Cinco Associations office, located at 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, Texas 77494. The open session of each meeting begins at noon. Board meetings are scheduled six times per year: January, March, May, July, September, and November. The exact date and time of the meeting is confirmed prior to the meeting. The meeting agenda is posted at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.
