The Cinco Ranch Master-Planned Community was established to include a Commercial Property Association. The Cinco Commercial Property Association, Inc. was established in 1990 and is a mandatory membership association which includes all the various types of commercial development in Cinco Ranch, East of Katy Gaston Road, and consists of retail, restaurants, professional and multi-family businesses. Professionally managed by the Inframark Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), Inc. The Commercial Association includes a Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The roles of the Board include the governing of the Commercial Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and deed restriction enforcement. The ARC monitors building compliance with the requirements of the Cinco Ranch Commercial Design Guidelines and the 'Cinco Standards' for future development.
Board Meetings:
The Cinco Commercial Property Association Board of Directors meets on the 1st Wednesday of every other month at the Cinco Associations office at 3022 Windemere Park Lane Katy, Texas 77494. The open session of the meeting begins at noon. Meetings are held six times per year in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
