To see the topics the Committee will be discussing, please visit Cinco Connect to view the agenda.   The purpose of the Landscape Committee is to provide recommendations to the CRPA Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to Cinco Residential Property Association landscaping.  This Committee is responsible for review and evaluation of all landscaping managed and maintained by the CRPA.

The purpose of the committee is to provide recommendations and requested assistance to the CRPA Board of Directors on financial and audit-related matters, including procedures, administration, budgets, and major projects; and communicate between the Board and NRC routinely on finance and audit-related matters.

This committee meets on the 4th Thursday of the month (January thru October). Meetings are held at 6:00 pm in the CRPA Conference Room.

The purpose of the committee is to gather and disseminate information relevant to the Cinco Ranch community in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner and to give guidance to the CRPA Board of Directors on ways to continuously improve the communications process by implementing better methods of communication and applying new technologies.  

 

The committee supports communication with the property owners via this website, Cinco Ranch Life, announcements, and mailings.  A vibrant, active community depends on good communications, and it is the goal of the committee to provide that.  We welcome suggestions and comments from the community.  

 

The purpose of the Technology side of the committee is to act as a consultant to the HOA board and/or committees and the management team to provide standardized technology to the Cinco Ranch Community.  The committee receives requests or can proactively identify needs and then researches technology available, costs, and effectiveness for the business problem defined and makes recommendations for acquisition and implementation of technology.

This is a group of volunteers elected to represent the neighborhoods in Cinco Ranch.  For purposes of representation, the Association is divided into 34 representative neighborhoods.  Each neighborhood can have as many as three representatives on the NRC.  One being the primary voting representative and the other two are alternates in the absence of the voting representative.  The representatives are elected on even-numbered years by homeowners within each neighborhood, and strive to make communication easier between the residents, the Management Company, and the Board of Directors.     NRC Meetings The Neighborhood Representative Committee meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at the Associations Office located at 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494. Meetings are open to all Cinco Ranch property owners and begin at 7:00 PM unless otherwise posted.   The NRC has several important responsibilities including the election of the Association's Board of Directors and the amendment of Association governing documents: by-laws; and covenants.  Another important function is to make recommendations to the Board on various issues that affect the community.  All representatives are encouraged to participate on Board Committees and NRC Working Groups.

The CLMA meets on the last Wednesday of every month except November. The meeting location is the CRPA Conference Room and meetings are hybrid. Meetings tentatively start at 9:00 am and can run through lunch depending on the agenda and the discussion. For additional information on CLMA click here.
