CRPA - Special Meeting

Description:
The CRPA Board of Directors will meet to discuss the general business of the Association on Monday, June 10, 2024 from Noon to 4pm. The Board, by law, may consider any of the 15 items listed in Section 209.0051 of Texas Property Code during an Open Session of this meeting. These items will not be discussed at every meeting. We are only providing you with notice of the law.
 
The Board may also approve prior Board meeting minutes, review vendor proposals, initiate enforcement action, review waiver requests, meet with the Association attorney, review financial reports, approve the budget and expenditures. Residents are welcome to join in person at the HOA office located at 3022 Windemere Park Lane or via the Zoom Meeting Link below:

-          NRC email distribution regarding Inframark contract
-          Preservation of records
