The purpose of the committee is to gather and disseminate information relevant to the Cinco Ranch community in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner and to give guidance to the CRPA Board of Directors on ways to continuously improve the communications process by implementing better methods of communication and applying new technologies. The committee supports communication with the property owners via this website, Cinco Ranch Life, announcements, and mailings. A vibrant, active community depends on good communications, and it is the goal of the committee to provide that. We welcome suggestions and comments from the community.  

 

The purpose of the Technology side of the committee is to act as a consultant to the HOA board and/or committees and the management team to provide standardized technology to the Cinco Ranch Community. The committee receives requests or can proactively identify needs and then researches technology available, costs, and effectiveness for the business problem defined and makes recommendations for acquisition and implementation of technology. 

The Community Events Committee is responsible for the planning and facilitation of our community events.

The Board of Directors typically meets on the second Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at the Association Office located at 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy TX 77494 and virtually. The meeting agenda will be posted below at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. Executive Session begins at 4:00 PM. Executive Session is closed to residents. Open Session (open to residents) begins at 7:00 PM.

The NRC Documents Committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. virtually.

The Board of Directors Hearings Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of each month.  This meeting is held Virtually.

Monthly Meeting.

The CLMA meets on the last Wednesday of every month (January thru October). No Meeting in November. The December meeting will be held in the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Meeting location is the CRPA Conference Room and meetings are hybrid. Meetings tentatively start at 9:00 am and can run through lunch depending on the agenda and the discussion. CLMA Management provides breakfast.
