The purpose of the committee is to evaluate specific needs within each of the Gated Communities and report these needs to the CRPA Board, provide recommendations and requested assistance to the CRPA Board on financial and audit-related matters as they pertain to the Gated Communities including annual budgets, maintenance, administrative issues and major projects.

Committee Meetings
The Committee meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Associations Office, 3022 Windemere Park Lane Katy, TX 77494. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM unless otherwise posted.
